Business Intelligence Strategist

This role is part of a global team responsible for business intelligence and territory management.
The Specialist Territory Management will be working closely with senior management and business teams, including Coverage Teams and Business Lines, to provide support and guidance on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include participating in the execution of multiple business intelligence and territory governance activities, maintaining strong management information systems, organizing and running forums such as the Business Development Committee and Pipeline Meetings, and providing support to other forums.
Additional duties involve collaboration with Communications and CSR teams on certain initiatives, partnership with Americas CIB Coverage & Analytics and Hispanic Latam Chief of Staff, and ad-hoc studies.
The position requires a strong knowledge of the banking industry and products, bank structures and businesses, and concepts involving strategy, risk, capital, and portfolio management.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to respect deadlines are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at various levels of seniority are also required.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is necessary, as well as advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Python, R, VBA are desirable.
