Business Intelligence Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are searching for a skilled professional responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of business intelligence strategies to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data solutions, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of business insights.

  • Key responsibilities include analyzing BI and SI data, controlling and operating SI and SO TOB contracts, margins, conditions, accruals, and weekly monitoring of achievement;
  • Presenting SI and SO meetings in Portuguese and English, mapping insights, reports, and share analysis;
  • Short and long-term SI and SO planning for online channels, reporting directly to headquarters;
  • Operating in systems such as ERP and internal platforms;

Additionally, this role requires team leadership, extracting data from various sources, integrating and consolidating the extracted data, ETL development to automate data collection and processing, organizing data storage to optimize performance and allow quick access for analysis and report development, and performing exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and correlations, generating insights from the analyzed data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree, experience in data generation and analysis, knowledge of the market, SI and SO, S&OP, and advanced Excel skills. A strategic thinker with structured reasoning, results orientation, and strong communication skills is required to collaborate across departments.
