As a Senior BI Engineer, you will work daily with HubSpot, Metabase, and BigQuery to ensure the extraction and analysis of reliable data.

Job Description

Assist the GTM Ops team in optimizing efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success while improving observability and automation across multiple functions.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into actionable data-backed insights.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
  • Focus on sales and customer success analytics, compensation calculations for the GTM team, conversational analytics platform management, and customer contract data management.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of business processes and objectives, implementing new metrics that enhance strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Introduce new ideas and develop creative, engaging data visualizations to facilitate insight accessibility and enhance decision-making.
  • Manage and improve all business intelligence processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Support automation efforts to streamline reporting and analytical processes across the organization.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a data-intensive role, such as business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
