Job Summary
Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our technical tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for our technical tools and systems.
- Collaborate with our ERP team to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with our technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and participate in status reports and meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of technical tools and systems, including Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, and Comex Recof.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
