Job Overview

The Junior Operational Analyst is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and align with strategic objectives. Key tasks include managing branch schedules, providing customer service, sending emails and monitoring operational systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and structure the branch schedule under supervisor guidance.
  • Provide customer service via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Send emails regarding scheduling, access permissions, delivery reports, and internal communications.
  • Support administrative tasks for the branch as directed by the manager.
  • Monitor operation systems for task creation and exporting technical reports.
  • Register assets, new clients, new users; issue QR codes; create new tasks.
  • Participate in internal integrations and onboarding of new teams.
  • Authorize supplies for technical teams and blue area access.
  • Monitor purchase requests as directed; track customer contract openings and technician visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or higher education preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative and operational roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking and organizational abilities.
