Job Title: Data Analyst Leader

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Leader to join our team. As a Data Analyst Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development of predictive models and analytical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on developing data-driven solutions for CRM/Marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement predictive models and analytical studies to support business decisions
  • Manage expectations and priorities in line with executive stakeholders
  • Guide and monitor the implementation of models and strategies alongside the IT team

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Academic background in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related areas
  • Proven experience leading teams, especially in data science and marketing strategy environments
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in people and leadership
  • English proficiency is desirable
  • Availability to work hybrid in São Paulo
