Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, leading complex projects, and driving business outcomes through data insights.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product leaders, engineers, and commercial strategists, to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of data products, metrics, and visualizations, as well as ensuring the use of appropriate analytical methods to solve complex business problems.

The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of data analysts, providing technical guidance, and supporting the analysis process. This includes reviewing and verifying that best practices have been followed, recommending suitable data sources, models, and methods, and ensuring scalability and high reuse.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Systems, Data Science and Analytics or related field
  • Prior experience in technical management of Data Analyst teams
  • Advanced English language skills (mandatory)
  • Experience in cloud solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata
  • Expertise in database query and reporting tools (SQL + Power BI + DAX)
  • Effective skills in programming languages (Python, PySpark, SQL)
  • Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and solid background in statistical analysis
