Business Intelligence Lead

The role of a Business Intelligence Lead is to spearhead data-led decision-making for commercial strategy. As part of this position, you will oversee the development and evolution of business intelligence infrastructure, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support critical strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end data initiatives for the Commercial Strategy team, mapping current gaps, identifying key opportunities, defining and prioritizing the data roadmap, and partnering with Data and Product teams.
  • Design and build dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the commercial team and senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Sales, Planning, and Strategy teams to understand key business questions and develop data solutions that directly support frontline and leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data strategy, analytics, or performance management.
  • Proven ability to structure and govern data processes, define analytical roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
