We are seeking a strategic Data Insights Leader to oversee our safety and security initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to drive business growth and improvement.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in English and Portuguese, and experience working with business operations, business intelligence, and related fields.
- At least +5 years of experience in business operation, business intelligence, and correlated fields, along with proficiency in programming languages (SQL/Python/etc.), is required.
- The successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues from Business Analytics, Operations, Product, PR, GA, etc., and have a significant impact on drivers and passengers' daily experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and data reference for the team.
- Support the team's analysis evolution, driving it to new levels of maturity.
- Implement a new governance model through best practices benchmarking.
- Manage and defend OKRs from the Safety & Security team.
- Closely work with stakeholders to discuss and implement solutions.
