**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Hrbp Operations Specialist to join our team at Verticalrh. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for partnering with our business units to drive high-quality HR practices and build strong relationships with our leaders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate with our recruitment team to select top talent in warehouse operations and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

2. Develop and implement a holistic talent management system, including talent criteria setting, evaluation, and development, to continuously upgrade our organization's capability.

3. Initiate and launch HR projects, such as performance management, headcount management, talent management, and compensation and benefits management, to drive business results.

4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, both locally and regionally, to participate in HR projects and drive business outcomes.

5. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a strong and attractive employer brand.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

2. At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong track record of business partnership and talent management.

3. Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict management skills.

4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and patience.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and fluent in English and Chinese (an advantage).
