We are a leading global brewer and one of the world's top 5 consumer product companies, with over 500 beer brands. Our goal is to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for our business worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement in collaboration with various business units within our ecosystem;
- Map daily routines of BDRs in each market, pinpointing critical issues and opportunities for standardization and improvement;
- Use these mappings to continuously develop and update the Standard Task Pool, ensuring alignment with local needs and global guidelines;
- Support task creation, ensuring processes meet deadlines agreed upon with teams;
- Monitor performance indicators related to created tasks and propose actions for continuous improvement and increased operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in field operations, process mapping, or related roles;
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with different departments and markets;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused;
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities;
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach;
- Adaptability to change and a commitment to continuous learning;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; intermediate Spanish is an asset.
