About the Role

Lloyd's Register is seeking a highly skilled Marine and Offshore Surveyor to support our expanding business in Brazil. As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' marine and offshore assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys and inspections of marine and offshore assets to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Travel throughout the region and Brazil to conduct surveys and meet with clients.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the marine industry, including surveyor and auditor experience.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English language (verbal and written).
  • Thorough understanding of the local marine and offshore environment.
  • Ability to participate in and add value to technical discussions with clients and Lloyd's Register colleagues.
  • Organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
