Project Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining cutting-edge Condition-based Monitoring (CbM) solutions for industrial clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and reliability project management, with experience in real-time monitoring and troubleshooting. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to improve their maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project stages, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Conduct alignment meetings with clients, define deadlines and deliverables, and ensure the quality of project implementation.
  • Review technical asset lists, ensuring that all necessary information is available for safe and effective project implementation.
  • Conduct process mapping of client operations, identifying key performance indicators, key users, and internal champions to drive project adoption.
  • Develop Master Field Installation Plans, prioritizing sensor placement and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure structured handoffs, guaranteeing complete transfer of information to internal teams and securing long-term project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, Automation).
  • Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability Project Management.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with expertise in real-time monitoring.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for client training and documentation purposes.
  • Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, MTTA, among others).
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software and Methodologies (MS Project).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot).
