Job Description
- As EPR Digital Transformation Lead, you will shape the future of workforce management across JPUH, NNUH & QEH aligned with the EPR Programme.
- You will lead a team and provide expert guidance to influence and manage the delivery of all Workforce elements of the NWAHC EPR Programme.
- Strategically plan, lead and advise on HR aspects for the EPR Programme and evaluate the impact of workplace changes for Trust HR Leads.
- Manage the realisation of identified workforce-related benefits by providing professional advice within a legal context on consultation and engagement requirements, including leadership of those aspects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Chartered MCIPD or equivalent.
