Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Lead to join our team and drive digital transformation initiatives forward. As a key member of our project leadership team, you will work closely with Data Science and AI Engineers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver successful projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will also lead negotiations, facilitate working sessions, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

This role is ideal for seasoned project managers who have experience in client-facing environments, can navigate ambiguity, and possess excellent communication skills. We value candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, prioritize collaboration, and embody a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product development, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery
  • Apply expertise in project management methodologies to mitigate risks, optimize processes, and improve overall program success
  • Communicate effectively with various audiences, including data & AI teams, engineering, product managers, marketing partners, and C-level executives
  • Navigate changing scenarios, facilitating solutions for complex problems while leveraging AI-first tooling to optimize day-to-day work
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects, partnering with professionals from Software, Data Science, and Data Engineering
  • Familiarity with Agile approaches and other delivery methods, as well as AI or Generative AI applications
  • Proven track record of project leadership and management, with experience facilitating working sessions and guiding multidisciplinary teams
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required

  • Previous experience in Automation or Conversation AI projects
  • Professional certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC
  • Account planning and growth activities
