We are seeking a talented Ai transformation engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving ai innovation and making a meaningful impact.
About the Role
The ai transformation engineer will lead the design and development of cutting-edge ai solutions using azure ai services, including azure openai, cognitive services, and azure machine learning. They will work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for ai-driven transformation across back-office operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Leverage azure ai services to build scalable ai solutions, integrating them into existing business workflows using microsoft power platform, graph api, and teams/365 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business and software engineering teams to productionize successful proof-of-concepts (pocts) and ensure adherence to full software development lifecycle (sdcl) practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the evolving ai/ml landscape, especially within microsoft's ai ecosystem, and bring new ideas into the organization.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, with a focus on ai/ml solutions.
- Proven experience with azure ai services, including azure openai, cognitive services, and azure ml.
- Familiarity with agile sdcl processes, with a deep understanding of best practices for scalable software delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills
- Experience with power automate and familiarity with process automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (rag), vector databases, and large language models (llms).
- Exposure to enterprise business processes in operations, finance, hr, or legal functions.
