Job Description

Peloton is seeking an experienced leader to help implement digital transformation solutions for clients in various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models, including experience with techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

This role requires expertise in managing complex technical projects, functional areas, and delivery across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Machine Learning and LLMs.
  • Manage data pipelines and vector databases for efficient processing.
  • Develop and deploy models using Python libraries like scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, ML, and LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
