Job Title

A seasoned transformation leader is sought after to spearhead organizational shifts and drive positive change.

This pivotal role will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of organizational transformations to guarantee seamless system transitions that maximize efficiency.

  • Develop strategic plans for implementing organisational changes
  • Lead key roles in the change management process including strategizing to boost revenue and amplify efficiency.
  • Evaluate every step of the change processes and protocols of proposed changes and find solutions to bridge gaps in these systems
  • Ensure training plans guarantee a smooth transition into new strategies
  • Track progress of new changes and report them to senior business heads and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate resistance from employees and staff members by developing proposed changes proactively.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field of study
  • English Advanced (B2-C1)
  • +8 years of experience
  • Prior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration or a similar field
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable).
  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification
  • Experience in monitoring change management protocols, from start to finish.
  • Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution.
  • Nice to have- Experience with Kronos.
