Project Manager Role

About the Job

You will lead project assignments with minimal oversight, working in agile and waterfall environments.

The ideal candidate has experience managing digital transformation teams, IT infrastructure projects, and DevOps initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, resources, and quality are managed within a matrix-based organization.
  • Coordinate and manage entire projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of KPIs such as scope, effort, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Manage client relationships and communications between clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct post-project lessons learned meetings and incorporate identified improvements into tools and processes.
  • Maintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decision (RAID Log) for projects.
  • Provide regular status updates and lead project reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Project Management training and certification required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of IT project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development projects in cloud, networking, network security, Citrix, and ServiceNow areas.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
