Key Responsibilities:- Lead project assignments with minimal oversight and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and execute IT projects for multiple clients, including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation engagements.
- Coordinate and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and quality within a matrix-based organization.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Analyze and report on project KPIs, including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Conduct post-project lessons learned meetings and implement improvements into tools and processes.
- Maintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decision (RAID Log) for projects.
- Provide regular status updates and lead project reviews.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Project Management training and certification required.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of IT project management experience, including managing digital transformation teams in agile and waterfall environments.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience in IT systems development and management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
