Job Description

We are seeking an individual to fill the position of a Warehouse Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing operational tasks, including manual activities and administrative duties.

Your primary role will be to operate a forklift to move cargo and pallets within a warehouse. This involves ensuring that all materials are accurately stored, retrieved, and transported in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for organizing cargo according to its characteristics for transportation and storage. Additionally, you will perform verticalization of unused cargo racks, load and unload heavy loads using a forklift, and maintain the work tool through first-level maintenance, including cleaning and conservation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move cargo and pallets within a warehouse.
  • Organize cargo according to its characteristics for transportation and storage.
  • Perform verticalization of unused cargo racks.
  • Load and unload heavy loads using a forklift.
  • Maintain the work tool through first-level maintenance, including cleaning and conservation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you should have experience working with forklifts and knowledge of safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license type B and a forklift operator course diploma or renewal within the validity period.

Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a forklift operator.
  • Excellent driving record with no preventive accidents in the past 12 months.
