We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Director of Strategic Advisory Services. This role combines the expertise of a subject matter specialist with the skills of a consultant, providing strategic support to clients through activities such as executive briefings, design workshops, and domain consulting.

The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in fraud prevention, financial services, and cybersecurity, with experience from both an end-user and consulting/technology vendor perspective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing domain expertise and consulting support to field sales teams for new opportunities at existing and net new clients.
  • Working with customers to identify business challenges where BioCatch can deliver value.
  • Delivering regular thought leadership content via mediums such as media interviews, written articles, expert panels, and event presentations.
  • Evangelizing the BioCatch solution, presenting at conferences, and enhancing personal brand in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Evaluating new use cases presented by sales teams against existing and potential product capabilities.
  • Providing support for the BioCatch Client Innovation Board in delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Providing technical qualification oversight of strategic deals.
  • Generating pipeline of revenue-generating product ideas for evaluation.
  • Maintaining deep level of expertise in BioCatch technology, domain, and markets.
  • Maintaining comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape, cyber fraud threat landscape, and sharing insights with relevant internal teams.
