Revolutionizing AI-Driven Social Discovery

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Writer/Content Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of globally impactful social discovery products.
- Write and edit UX copywriting for new features, including product names, calls to action, headlines, navigation elements, and error messages.
- Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to create optimal UX solutions.
- Develop and refine text in accordance with tone of voice guidelines.
- Handle push notification content and develop communication policies.
- Conduct research and suggest improvements, as well as A/B testing of hypotheses based on text solutions.
- Create negative scenarios in raw video format and set up various forms of customer communication.
- Work with the design team to address negative customer experiences and partner with the ML team to train bots.
- Manage localization processes.
- Proficiency in American English (C1+ level) or bilingual proficiency in American English.
- 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting within a user-centered design process.
- Experience in UX design, marketing, or retention industry.
- Proficiency in using Figma for writing and editing.
- Understanding of UX research principles and methodologies.
- Senior-level communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Remote full-time opportunity.
