Job Summary:

The Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across the organization.

This position involves consolidating financial information from all group companies, preparing comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership, and developing a robust database to store and manage financial data.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in Excel and have experience with cash flow forecasting and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate financial information from all group companies to ensure accurate cash positioning and Accounts Receivable's reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database to store and manage financial data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather necessary data and ensure alignment on financial reporting standards and practices.
  • Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, performance, and reporting efficiency, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with debt covenants and financial agreements, ensuring necessary actions are taken to adhere to requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business, accounting, or similar field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Treasury experience, preferably in companies with multiple country operations.
