We are seeking a seasoned Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide critical legal support and monitoring in various stages of credit recovery.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert legal support and monitor the credit recovery process, from pre-legal to legal stages.
  • Analyze real estate and condominium contracts for compliance and accurate clause application.
  • Draft and review extrajudicial notifications, settlement agreements, debt confessions, and other relevant documents.
  • Offer strategic advice on critical default cases, guiding the team on optimal legal approaches.
  • Manage legal proceedings related to debt collection and eviction for non-payment.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Brazilian law, particularly in the areas of real estate and debt collection. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Legal Support and Monitoring: Provide timely and effective legal support and monitoring in various stages of credit recovery.
  2. Contract Analysis: Analyze real estate and condominium contracts for compliance and accurate clause application.
  3. Document Drafting: Draft and review extrajudicial notifications, settlement agreements, debt confessions, and other relevant documents.
  4. Strategic Advice: Offer strategic advice on critical default cases, guiding the team on optimal legal approaches.
  5. Case Management: Manage legal proceedings related to debt collection and eviction for non-payment.
