Lawyer Opportunity in Real Estate and Condominium Law
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on various matters related to Real Estate and Condominium Law.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with experience in credit recovery and judicial/extrajudicial collection. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:- Providing legal support: Offer expert advice and guidance on various legal matters, including credit recovery and debt collection.
- Analyzing contracts: Review and analyze real estate and condominium contracts to ensure compliance and correct application of clauses.
- Drafting documents: Create and review extrajudicial notifications, settlement agreements, debt confessions, and other relevant documents.
- Managing cases: Strategically manage critical default cases, advising the team on the best legal approaches (judicial vs. extrajudicial).
- Training and guiding: Provide training and guidance to the collections team on applicable legal aspects.
- Performing other duties: Assist with other related tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Law degree: Possess a complete Law degree with active registration in OAB.
- Experience in Real Estate and Condominium Law: Have solid experience in Real Estate and Condominium Law.
- Credit recovery experience: Have experience in credit recovery and judicial/extrajudicial collection.
- Previous experience in managing or supporting legal teams: Previous experience in managing or supporting legal teams in collections is desirable.
