Linguistic Content Curator - AI Model Development

We are seeking a detail-oriented linguist to play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and NLP-based systems through high-quality linguistic data curation, annotation, and evaluation.

This position involves creating or editing linguistically-rich content including grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, or examples for NLP pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating linguistically-rich content to support NLP pipelines.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality.
  • Performing quality assurance (QA) on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.
  • Annotating linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.
  • Supporting internal teams by conducting linguistic research and summarizing findings.
  • Applying linguistic knowledge to evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in linguistics and a passion for language, technology, and clear communication.
