  • Help clients realize business value by designing and delivering custom software solutions to address complex problems.
  • Meet with clients to understand their technology needs, gather requirements, and estimate the effort required to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead development projects including technical requirements gathering, data modeling, technology selection, and infrastructure design.
  • Provide technical guidance on various projects throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Collaborate with other team members on agile development teams.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet client deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to colleagues on architecture, software design, and best practices.
  • Mentor teammates to share knowledge and build a stronger team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hands-on SW design and development.
  • Knowledge of good architectural patterns for writing scalable and maintainable software.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft stack web development (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, SQL Server).
  • Competence in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and JavaScript frameworks React (JS or TypeScript).
  • Agile, DevOps, and Scrum Methodologies.
  • Proven success leading projects from start to finish.
  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively estimate tasks and accurately write strong requirements based on client objectives.
