Justice Advocate
At Access Services, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Justice Advocate. This role will involve working with adults diagnosed with severe mental illness who are involved in the criminal justice system.
About the Role- We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing support and guidance to individuals in need.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- You will be responsible for developing strategies to help clients achieve their goals and maintain positive relationships with supervisors and colleagues.
- As a Justice Advocate, you will provide direct support to individuals, helping them to access community resources and build skills to promote recovery.
- Your expertise in crisis resolution and conflict management will be invaluable in this role.
- You will also be required to collect and document data, ensuring that all work meets agency guidelines.
