Financial Product Accountant

The primary function of this role is to ensure the accurate accounting of financial products, ensuring that all accounting information complies with regulatory requirements.
This involves developing and implementing accounting scripts, preparing financial statements, establishing internal controls, and seeking efficiency and security with generated information.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements and accounting consolidation of group companies, ensuring compliance with current accounting standards.
- Performing reconciliation to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
- Identifying opportunities to automate and optimize processes for greater operational efficiency.
- Serving as a point of contact for various business areas, providing accounting analyses and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with accounting practices in the financial services segment, including familiarity with Central Bank of Brazil regulations.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
- Solid knowledge and experience with accounting closing routines and financial statement preparation.
- Knowledge and practical experience with IFRS accounting standards.
- Familiarity with SAP accounting modules (FI / MM).
