The role of General Restaurant Assistant plays a vital part in this mission. This position involves supporting the creation of new recipes, assisting with menu item preparation, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring that all food served meets our high standards. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of new recipes and adaptations when necessary.
  • Prepare ingredients and cook meals to meet the required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and control ordering processes.
  • Ensure that all food served is of high quality and meets health and safety standards.
  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils.
