Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Buyer to join our team in Metalics Commodity. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials while driving cost savings and process improvements.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. You will also be involved in identifying best sources for part quotation, assuring RFQ on time/cost/delivery, and selecting the best supplier for every necessity.

In addition to your procurement responsibilities, you will provide support to other buyers and departments as required, conduct negotiations with suppliers, develop purchase bids for multiple projects, and sign and organize contracts with suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel and PPT, as well as knowledge of Metalics commodity. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any other business area is preferred. Fluency in English is essential, and advanced level is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Identify best sources for part quotation and assure RFQ on time/cost/delivery
  • Select the best supplier for every necessity and assure local and global alignment prior sourcing approval
  • Provide coordination and support for other buyers and departments as required
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers and develop purchase bids for multiple projects
  • Sign and organize contracts with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any other business area
  • Advanced/fluency level of English
  • Knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel and PPT
  • Knowledge of Metalics commodity
