Job Title

This is a role with a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy.

The Role:
  • Manage customer accounts including negotiate contract renewals or commercial quotations
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives adhering to quality standards
  • Develop new business with existing customers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Mobilisations: Ensure that all necessary risk assessments are completed and relevant materials have been requested
  • Ensure the final product/service meets all contractual and quality requirements
Requirements:
  • A recognised higher education Technical qualification or several years relevant experience in Marine, Survey and Positioning industry
  • Conversational English both Written and Oral
  • Experience of Commercial Customer Support, i.e. Sales, Project Manager etc.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build customer relationships
