
Business Development Specialist

This is a role with a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy.
The Role:- Manage customer accounts including negotiate contract renewals or commercial quotations
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives adhering to quality standards
- Develop new business with existing customers
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Mobilisations: Ensure that all necessary risk assessments are completed and relevant materials have been requested
- Ensure the final product/service meets all contractual and quality requirements
- A recognised higher education Technical qualification or several years relevant experience in Marine, Survey and Positioning industry
- Conversational English both Written and Oral
- Experience of Commercial Customer Support, i.e. Sales, Project Manager etc.
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build customer relationships
This job requires a strong background in commercial customer support, relationship building and strategic planning.
