Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to support our team in exploring leads behavior in sales funnels, automating processes, and assessing sales leaders' approaches to close deals.

This role requires a data-driven approach to formulate hypotheses and optimize sales processes for growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing/growth/web analysis roles, with a proven track record of analyzing sales context and edtech B2C funnels.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to automate processes and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in marketing/growth/web analysis roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales context and edtech B2C funnel: connection between marketing and sales, capacity planning, deal stages, customer touchpoints, nurturing.
  • Experience with cohort analysis, operations management, and call tracking.
  • Ability to effectively present growth metric experiment results and provide clear recommendations for action.
  • Familiarity with Python (PySpark), SQL, Tableau, and at least one CRM system.
