Job Title:

Culture Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

Our team is looking for a Culture Experience Manager to oversee various activities related to rider culture throughout the year. You will be responsible for developing activity strategies based on insights and analysis of rider needs and business changes.

In this role, you will plan and operate monthly themed events and traditional festival events, keeping up with industry trends and social hotspots. You will also be responsible for coordinating large-scale event projects, which include planning, resource coordination, implementation, and evaluation.

You will need to have strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, as well as good logical thinking ability and data sensitivity. Project management experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • You must be able to collaborate across departments and accumulate activity cooperation mechanisms and SOPs.
  • You should be able to integrate internal and external resources, and have a team spirit.
  • You will be responsible for comprehensive review and qualitative quantitative indicators and actual results.
  • You should have strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
