About the Role

PUMA Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with 3PL logistics operators to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Provide strategic support to sales channels, including E-commerce, Retail, MKT, and Wholesale, to optimize inventory operations.
  • Analyze product inventories in the Distribution Center to maintain accuracy and balance between operational systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
  • Support IT in the development of auditing and inventory movement tools.
  • Oversee the destruction of damaged products to maintain accuracy.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in inventory control or similar positions.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • High analytical capacity.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
