Are you a digital business expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Coordenador de Digital to join our team at Parfums Christian Dior.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our digital business strategy and drive growth through e-commerce channels. As a Coordenador de Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital business strategy that drives growth and profitability through e-commerce channels.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with e-retailers, ensuring alignment with our brand's guidelines and luxury image.
  • Track and analyze sales results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage e-retail P&L, budget, and payments, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Plan, negotiate, and implement animations on all digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Guard the brand's image and reputation in e-retailers, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Negotiate and implement Guided Selling, E-conner updates, and sales tools to enhance the customer experience.
  • Design and implement e-PR strategies, working closely with the PR team.
  • Develop and maintain reports, analyzing results and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Build a channel data track intelligence, enabling comparisons and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and develop interns, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital business.
  • Previous experience with beauty brands is a plus.
  • Strong analytical profile, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, Economy, or Engineering.
  • Young, trendy, and modern, with a passion for digital business and e-commerce.
  • Team-worker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communicator, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Hard worker, rigorous, and strong organization skills.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese mandatory.
