Job Overview

Graphisoft is seeking a Senior Treasury/Finance Analyst to manage treasury workflows, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, invoicing, and support for financial reporting, audits, and closings.

This role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, communicating with clients regarding billing and overdue accounts, managing treasury processes, and collaborating with departments to ensure data accuracy in ERP.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, analytical skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central. They should also be proactive, communicative, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including aging reports
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing and overdue accounts
  • Manage treasury processes: payments, reconciliations, balance monitoring
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure data accuracy in ERP
  • Issue invoices and tax documents for domestic and international clients
  • Review billing info, especially withholding taxes
  • Maintain financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Participate in accounting closings and audit support
  • Manage relationships with banks and government registrations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
  • Advanced English and Excel skills
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central
  • Desirable experience with Power BI, Master Data, or automation tools
  • Proactive, analytical, and communicative
