Software Engineering Leader for Game-Based Learning

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our innovation team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with architects, artists, designers, engineers, and testers to design, develop, and operate game-based learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create engaging game-based learning products;
- Drive system architecture and promote best practices to produce high-quality games;
- Partner with stakeholders to influence long-term strategy and establish the team's roadmap;
- Analyze industry trends and user feedback to inform data-driven decisions;
- Write high-quality code in a cloud-native environment.
A Day in the Life:
You will work closely with engineering and product stakeholders to contribute to the production of multiple games and features. You will solve complex challenges, learn from your colleagues, and mentor junior team members on web-scale technologies and game development best practices.
