We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Patient Care Services Representative to join our team.
About the roleIn this position, you will act as a liaison between patients and our organization, accurately and efficiently providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging customer problems.
Key responsibilities- Serve as a facilitator between the patient and the organization, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Answer questions about our products and services.
- Deliver information about the product to patients.
- Maintain professional patient support and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient complaints and identify the appropriate response to solve customers' issues as quickly as possible.
- Keep records of patient interactions and process patient accounts.
- Experience working in a medical-related job.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and other computer basics.
- Comfortable making calls with patients.
- Attention to detail and good judgment.
- Flexible hours.
- Work from anywhere.
