Senior Systems Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our global IT infrastructure.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure solutions across global environments.
  • They will lead architectural planning and decision-making for Linux-based systems and broader infrastructure platforms, ensuring compatibility and integration with Windows-based services.
  • Providing technical leadership in the deployment, configuration, and management of Linux and Windows systems, they will ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborating with Server, Network, and Cloud teams, they will ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components including physical servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Evaluating and recommending new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities and support business growth, they will drive innovation.
  • Designing and supporting container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes, they will ensure scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and mentor for infrastructure-related initiatives, they will guide junior team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Participating in incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues, they will ensure prompt resolution.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with tools such as Ansible or Terraform and be proficient in scripting languages like YAML, Bash, Python, JSON, or PowerShell.
  • They will have a strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Professional certifications in relevant areas such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform would be an asset.
