The IT Support Analyst role is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure across various sites. The position involves ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient data transmission.
This job requires a strong background in telecommunications engineering and excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot network issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan, implement and maintain telecommunications infrastructure including networks, servers and communication systems.
- Provide technical expertise in networking (Voice/Telephony or LAN, WAN and WLAN) services.
- Lead a team of networking professionals to achieve organizational objectives.
- Implement cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support day-to-day operations of legacy and contemporary Voice/LAN/WAN solutions.
- Influence the design and implementation of modern networking technologies.
A key member of the support team for LAN, WAN and WLAN services across all regions.
Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field with hands-on experience in telecommunications.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
- Working knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
- ITIL and Six Sigma certification.
- Experience supporting global IT operations.
