Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development. Implement and govern the Business Unit Quality and Safety vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with BU Quality Manager, Hub, and country managers, as well as operating unit leaders.
  • Governance Deployment. Collaborate with the Hub Business Unit team to provide local businesses with policies, regulations, and processes that describe value chain activities.
  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve applicable Quality Management Systems, identifying areas for improvement in interactions with Sales and Global Product Group Management, and proposing solutions.
  • Evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder perspective to ensure effective internal controls and compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
  • Professional degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a master's degree desirable.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience in Business Operations and quality processes.
  • Certification or experience in problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership experience in hierarchical and functional roles, with strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
