Job Overview

Lead payroll operations teams in Costa Rica and Brazil, contributing to the strategic direction of LATAM Payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement RPA and automation solutions to improve client satisfaction and compliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Benefits, Time & Attendance Teams, and Onboarding.
  • Manage payroll services for Amazon associates in Brazil, meeting annual key performance metrics for quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, including SSC experience.
  • Proven people management skills and experience working in a control or audit environment.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Time & Attendance Programs/Projects and SOX compliance.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian Payroll, Labor law, and local legislation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certifications.
  • Experience in additional LATAM or Global Payroll countries.
  • Vendor management experience.
