Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with experience in areas such as system integration, network management, and service coordination.
  • Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing localized IT solutions, ensuring maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing onsite services including desktop operations, IT asset management, and maintenance of public IT services.
  • Additionally, the role will involve coordinating local service provider resources for rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel and equipment.
  • Other key responsibilities will include tracking, managing, and inventorying local IT infrastructure resources, resolving application issues, and ensuring infrastructure integrity.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, with overseas work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, or Arabic and English, for effective communication is preferred.
  • Familiarity with processes and technologies related to desktop operations, asset management, and conference room operations is essential.
  • Advantageous qualifications include ITIL and PMP certifications.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment, are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick response capabilities, and project collaboration skills are required.
