Talent Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management
    • Develop strong relationships with consultants to understand their strengths, development objectives, and career goals
    • Engage consultants in performance management processes to identify areas for training and development
    • Provide guidance and support to consultants on career advice and resources
  • Project Staffing
    • Understand the nuances of project work and roles being filled
    • Liaise with project leaders to identify staffing needs and anticipate capacity issues
    • Manage consultant expectations and provide solutions to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Consultant Development and Performance Management
    • Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to deliver training programs for consultants
    • Review utilization reports and analyze data to inform staffing decisions
  • Data, Analysis, and Reporting
    • Assemble project pipelines and consultant availability reports for leadership
