Job Description

As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the company's legal strategy and ensuring that it operates within the bounds of the law.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing and coordinating legal processes, conducting negotiations with internal teams and external law firms, and representing the company in court proceedings.

  • Manage legal processes, conducting negotiations with internal teams and external law firms.

  • Draft and review legal documents and procedures, working closely with external law firms as needed.

  • Represent the company in court proceedings, providing expert testimony and advocating on behalf of the company.

  • Handle all incoming judicial matters, responding to lawsuits and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide consulting services to business leaders, developing reports and recommendations on key business issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and track key performance indicators to ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) certification.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • A strong track record of dedication to teamwork and collaboration.

  • Advanced English language skills are highly valued.

  • Experience with metrics and performance monitoring.
