About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Solutions Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Client Solutions Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the client journey from early conversations to project delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading client discovery and whiteboard sessions, translating ambiguous client needs into clear requirements, building strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, and creating compelling proposals that meet client expectations.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering, to scope projects and identify constraints, risks, and edge cases early in the conversation.
Influencing pre-sales process improvements with insight and initiative is also an essential part of this role.
