**Join Our Team as a**Business Intelligence Developer**at Hero Gaming**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement business intelligence solutions by developing and maintaining reports and dashboards according to business owners’ requirements using SQL and Tableau.
- Develop workflows to automate reporting processes and build interactive tools that allow stakeholders to configure report parameters.
- Train end users and write documentation on the use of data tools to help them become self-sufficient.
- Liaise with the Data Warehouse team to develop and implement business intelligence strategies and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Assist data analysts with the delivery of larger, complex projects.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and support our reporting platforms.

**Essential Job Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or operations research.
- 2-3 years of work experience in business intelligence, building visualizations/dashboards based on large data sets and/or working with complex queries.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for reporting.
- Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with a variety of stakeholders from different departments and backgrounds.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Willingness to undergo any training and certifications, whether locally or abroad, as directed by the company.
- Ability to communicate data and technical ideas in writing and verbally to both team members and non-technical colleagues.
- Some knowledge of programming, ideally Python, or a willingness to learn.

**Nice to Have Requirements**:

- Experience within the iGaming industry.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Knowledge of using web APIs, web scraping, data cleaning, and writing simple ETL scripts.
