We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Business Development Manager to join our comprehensive training programme, tailored for those eager to begin their careers in the Commercial sector of the iGaming industry. Our programme offers an exceptional platform for you to kick-off your professional journey while acquiring crucial skills and hands on experience in an energetic and vibrant work setting.
**Outline of programme**:
Our 12-month programme is designed to provide invaluable on the job training. Upon successful competition of the programme, there may be opportunities for trainees to transition into permanent roles within Games Global.

**What does a Business Development Manager (Studio) do**:
- They maximize impact of new game releases ensuring widest possible distribution of content in most commercially advantageous positions
- They understand, communicate and adapt game launch plans in accordance with individual titles’ targets and USPs
- They liaise with internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring all preparatory work for game launches in place
- They
- review overall studio performance identifying opportunity gaps, in terms of content (operator and market level) and game trends/types
- They embody and help curate a Studio ‘personality’, being the main commercial representative of Studio(s) in regular day-to-day interaction with customers, in addition to expanding network of the studio with customer gaps- They have an ability to travel on a regular basis to represent Studio(s) at industry events and, where required, for necessary meetings with internationally based key customer.
- They analyse the market intelligence, review business development.
- They present the Studio and their products/services.

**What will you be doing as a Trainee Business Development Manager?**
In this exciting role as a Trainee Business Development Manager, you'll embark on a path of dynamic learning as you get a hands-on, behind-the-scenes look at the complexities and nuances of business development in the iGaming industry. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:
- ** Business Strategy Support**: You'll aid in the research and creation of business development strategies, learning how to assess new markets, products, and potentials for organizational growth.
- ** New Business Identification**: Under the mentorship of experienced BDM’s, you'll identify and target new potential clients and partnership opportunities. This could include using existing industry contacts, exploring new markets, and leveraging trade fairs.
- ** Lead Qualification**: Learning to evaluate and qualify leads is an essential part of this role. You'll gain first-hand experience in assessing startups' viability and reviewing funding possibilities.
- ** Market Intelligence Analysis**: Here, you'll endeavor to understand the market we operate in better, decoding trends, competitors' moves, and other industry insights that can influence business development strategies.
- ** Presentation Skills**: Participating in client meetings and presentations will help develop your public speaking and persuasion skills. You'll learn how to articulate the value and benefits of our Studio's games and services effectively.
- ** Deal Closure**: The ultimate goal of business development is closing deals. In this immersive role, you'll grasp the art of negotiation and learn steps involved in successfully finalizing business agreements.
Please note that this is a training role, and while you'll experience a similar working environment to a full-scale BDM, your key objective will be to learn and develop your skills in these areas.
